Create Your New Year
I’ve been making New Year’s collages for as long as I can remember. I do it in place of making resolutions, enjoying the opportunity to reflect on what I want from the coming year in all aspects of my life.
Having had a break from it last year when my experience of traumatic grief was too overwhelming, I returned to the tradition last night and wrote about my experience on my grief blog which you can read here:

This year, for the first time, I’m teaming up with artist, Kate Parkin, to offer the experience to other people in a workshop in Sheffield. Why not forget restrictive New Year’s Resolutions and join us for an uplifting and reflective afternoon as we individually create a new vision for how we want our lives to be in 2018?
Using writing, coaching and collaging techniques, you will leave with a renewed commitment to an exciting future and a beautiful reminder to hang in your home to keep you inspired throughout the year.
The session will be run by experienced writer, facilitator and creative coach, Beverley Ward and Kate Parkin (photographer and artist).
Cost: £29.85 (including all materials). To book tickets, please use the link below. Places are limited.
